Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given to you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now, and perhaps without even knowing it, you will live along some distant day into the answers. - Rainer Maria Rilke

Week 3, Day 5: Going Graphic, Part 1

YIKES!  look at the time!  It seems as though I've been saying that all day....right Donna?

Thursdays are my "off" days.  I say "off" because I usually don't work, or I will only work 1/2 a day so I can meet with my coffee shop group.  Technically we start at 10:30, but usually we socialize until about 11:00 - 11:30, then do our Bible study until 1:00.  Some days we hang out until we all have to head home to meet our kids coming home from school. Other days we just fly off at 1:00, each with something to do before we have to get home. This group of ladies is a wonderful and supportive group!  I just love them!  I am blessed to have an "off" day each week....except during the summer when we don't meet regularly.  I hope you have a friend or a group that you can have an "off" day with.

Anyway back to today, before I went home I had to go to Hancocks to get some fabric for K's Retro Day outfit.  Then I had to go over to my sister's to use her sewing machine to put it all together...I'll post pix tomorrow...it came out really cute.  Then about 20 minutes before I was done, Donna texts me "ZUMBA"...YIKES, look at the time.  There was no way....sorry D!

Once I finally got home, I had to get dinner, then rag curl K's hair....she wants a pseudo afro look, but not really...huh?  I should have gotten a picture before she went to bed!  Now that's a look!

Then a freelance client needs some more work on a project I did today...YIKES, look at the time...  So today, I may not get to my graphic.  But, on a happy note, Kathy has been working on her polymer clay blog.  She is working on developing something and it's really cool.  Here is a peek at her stuff!

Isn't this so cool?  It's her color swatches.
